Invitation to provide feedback to the PTO Independent Scheme Review 2024
The PTO’s role and effectiveness is reviewed by an independent third party every five years. cameron. ralph. khoury (CRK) has been engaged to conduct the PTO’s Independent Scheme Review 2024, our fourth since the PTO commenced operating in 2004.
Members of the public, PTO members, and organisations and community groups with an interest in Victorian public transport services are invited to provide feedback to the Review. Information on the Review’s primary areas of inquiry, how to submit feedback, and the Review process is available at our Invitation to submit feedback page. The closing date for feedback is Friday 23rd August 2024.
The purpose of periodic Scheme Reviews is to give an independent view of the PTO’s performance against core Scheme requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. An independent review is required every 5 years under the PTO’s Constitution.
CRK’s Review team expects to deliver its Final Report and recommendations in late 2024. The PTO Board will provide a public response to these recommendations.
