Coronavirus Update: How we are taking your complaints during Victoria's lockdown

These are unprecedented times in the world right now, rapidly changing the way we live our lives and the way we work. We all need to take extra precautions to contain the spread of COVID-19, which means practicing social distancing and where possible, working from home.

At the PTO, we are continuing to operate our scheme, but we have made some changes to the way we take your complaints in light of Victoria's new lockdown measures.

In line with the statewide efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, the PTO team are now working remotely. If we are unable to call you at this time, we will suggest another time. Please note that when we call you back it will appear as a private number.
